Higher cooling capacity, better film quality

DORNIER has developed a new solution for the fast cooling of the film after Omega stretching. The solution uses a specially designed one flow direction channel roller with a higher cooling water flowrate of up to 50 m3/h.

Further the temperature difference between water supply and return flow is only 2 Kelvin, which ensures quick and uniform cooling and crystallization after the film is stretched. The film quality is improved accordingly.
