Newly devleoped oil-mist suction unit ensures oil-free film and clean environment for operators
The DORNIER chain track system is already known for its minimal oil requirement and maximum reliability. However, in the production of high-purity films, even the smallest impurities caused by oil-mist droplets must be avoided. DORNIER has therefore developed a special lubricating oil mist suction unit that safely extracts excess oil-air mist during operation. The oil-mist suction unit is installed on top of the outlet stand next to the sprocket wheels where the oil-air mist is separated inside the oil-mist suction unit. While the oil is collected, the purified air escapes into the hall.
